HOW WE WORK

During a remodel, communication is the key element to a successful working relationship. We understand your time is valuable. We make it a priority to have you back in your home as quickly and efficiently as possible, on time and on-budget. Our goal is for you to have a positive experience from beginning to end.

1. Introduction - The first step in the process is often the most exciting. We want to hear from you. What do you love about your home? How do you move through it? How can it be better? What are your hopes and dreams for the home and how does it fit your lifestyle? We work closely with designers and architects to help implement your vision.
    
2. Initial Walkthrough - Once the design parameters are outlined, we meet with hand selected subcontractors at your home to learn what is necessary to complete the project.
    
3. Detailed Specifications - You will receive a detailed, easy-to-read specification packet that outlines each step of the process from start to finish. This approach leaves our clients with no gray area leading into the project. They know what to expect, when it will be completed and how much it will cost
    
4. Construction Begins - Our team maintains the safest and cleanest work environments possible during project construction. We understand this is your home. Our staff is courteous, conscientious, and aware. We will control dust and construction materials at the site, order and receive materials, supervise the crew, and coordinate trade specialists and inspections.
    

5. Final Walkthrough - We know you are anxious to take back your home.  When construction is nearly complete, the team schedules a final walk-through to identify any unfinished details and develop a plan to complete the work.
